My Viviscal Hair Journey – Part 2

Just over six months ago, I embarked on #MyViviscalJourney as an Ambassador for Viviscal Canada – it’s amazing how quickly time flies! You can read about this fabulous all-natural hair supplement and check out the before photos in my first blog post HERE. Today, I’m thrilled to share my results and offer you the chance to WIN a six-month supply of your own!

Viviscal

I started my Viviscal journey with long hair – the same length I’d had for years. I had no real complaints about the health of my hair at the time, but shedding and breakage were concerns due to my daily reliance on hot tools. After the first two months taking Viviscal twice a day, I noticed how fast my hair was growing and I decided to do something dramatic…

I cut my hair! Six inches gone, just like that. Heading into summer, it was the perfect time to rock a bob and guess what? I was back at the salon for another trim in no time! My stylist Kelly was shocked at how quickly my hair was growing and I credit that to Viviscal and a healthy diet.

Viviscal After

Whether I’m wearing it straight or curled, I’ve noticed that my hair looks and feels thicker than it did before. I still use hot tools regularly, but my hair doesn’t seem to break or shed as much as it used to. I also lightened my hair over the summer and it feels healthier than before!

Now that fall is almost here, I’m most likely going to grow my hair again and I know that with my daily Viviscal supplement, that won’t take very long! I love the flexibility and confidence that healthy hair brings to my overall look. The Viviscal Hair Nourishment System is available for $59.99 CAD at Shoppers Drug Mart or online.

Want to go on a Viviscal journey too? Enter to WIN a six month supply – that’s a $360 value! At a minimum, you must leave me a blog post comment telling me why you’d like to give Viviscal a try. Don’t forget to use the Rafflecopter form below to track your entry and gain additional entries through social media! Contest closes at 11:59pm on September 10 – good luck!

I would like to try Viviscal as I find my hair as I age is getting more fragile.

Loved/Needed this blog post! Thank you because for YEARS, I’ve been skeptical about Viviscal after Hairfinity disappointed me. :/ I’ve tried to grow my hair past my shoulders since I was 13 (21 now) but shedding and breakage are 2 out of 3 problems I have with my hair. What’s the 3rd you ask? Dry itchy scalp. (>_<) After reading this post, I would love to try it now! Fingers crossed!

My 89 year old mom is taking Viviscal. She might just be the oldest person taking this. Has been for about a year. I didn’t know, but noticed her hair looking great and commented. It was then that she told me about Viviscal. So if it can do that for her, I thought I might like to give it a try.

I would love to try Viviscal hair nourishment supplement because of my curly hair! Its prone to damage and split ends and takes FOREVER to grow out. I haven’t been to the hair dresser in over a year because I’m trying to keep all my length. But the longer I go without a trim the more frizzy my hair looks from split ends. Its a catch 22! If only my hair would grow a little faster so I could get a few trims to maintain healthy looking hair.

Due to an illness, I lost patches of my hair and it is devastating to me! I guess it could be worse as “it is only hair” bit it really does make a big dent in my own self-esteem. I am happy with your Viviscal results and would love to try this product and let you know about my own progress. Thanks Ms. YYZ 😉

I’m growing my hair into a longer Bob and dealing with some shorter bits from when it was thinned. It’s a work in progress and I’d love to try this if it would help me get the longer length sooner.

Thining and breakage are main reasons for keeping my hair shorter nowadays. Would love to grow my hair long again and this product looks very promising!

I’d really love to try this as I am currently going through chemo treatments for Breast Cancer and have lost all my hair. I finish in October and it would be amazing to speed up the process to at least have some decent “fuzz” by Christmas.

I would love to try, My hair is prone to breakage and split ends. My hair could use some strengthening.

I would LOVE to win this!! I donate my hair every few years, but after my last big chop (2013, donated to Ottawa Hair Donation), my hair just hasn’t grown as fast as it used to. I am getting it cut tomorrow because all it has done is have split ends and grow an itty bitty bit. :(

My thick, beautiful, long, healthy hair the day before I donated it: http://amygodin.photoshelter.com/about/

I haven’t taken a new pretty self portrait since then (not that you would want to see this sad mess)… but, my hair is seriously sad and lacking the lustre it used to have. Winning this would be amazing and it would mean I could donate my hair again in the next year. :)

I lost a lot of hair after I had my son; it’s slowly growing in. I’d love to win this to help win the process of growing my hair :)

  19. Sherry September 5, 2015 / 9:49 pm

Interesting! I’ve never really considered using a product like this before – although my hair is fairly fine, I have always had lots of it – but lately it is a little thinner around the temples than it used to be, so I would love to win a chance to try Viviscal.

  20. Darlene Schuller September 6, 2015 / 9:27 am

Having had 5 children and now being over 40, my hair is hurting! It’s fine, falling out, brittle..for these reasons I’d love to try Viviscal.

I have been trying to grow my hair for years and just can’t get over the “awkward” phase, so I always get it cut again. Maybe this would be the perfect ally!

  24. Karine September 9, 2015 / 7:27 am

I really want to grow my hair! I cut it pretty short in December and now it’s in the growing process but it takes a while!
