Hollywood’s hottest A-listers head north for the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) to share their latest films and take in Toronto’s finest dining and nightlife. As locals, we line up for tickets to red carpet galas and hang around local hotspots for the chance to spot our favourite celebrities. If we’re lucky, we might just get to rub shoulders with the stars and for that, we need to bring our best TIFF style!

Redness Therapy with Murad Canada

Categories: Beauty,Beauty,Skincare

Fair hair, light eyes and pale skin – my Celtic genes are great, but they also make my skin very prone to redness. I don’t tan, I burn. I don’t blush, I get splotchy. If I get a pimple, it’s a long-term relationship! Finding the correct combination of skincare products is like a chemistry project for me, but I’ve found the most success with skincare targeted towards sensitive skin. The latest weapon in my beauty arsenal is Murad Sensitive Skin Soothing Serum.

Categories: Beauty,Haircare

As you know, I’m John Frieda’s #BlondesOfSummerTO Ambassador and I’m thrilled to share the best Sheer Blonde products and styling tips with you this month! Last week, I shared how you can lighten your locks with their Go Blonder line and this week it’s all about maintaining the freshness of your blonde with the John Frieda Sheer Blonde Colour Renew collection.

John Frieda #BlondesOfSummerTo Pt. 2

If you’re like me and visit the salon for professional lightening from time to time, you want to make the most of that colour and money spent. Unfortunately it’s easy for blonde shades to appear brassy or yellow over time (especially if you’re lightening dark natural hair).
