Nespresso VertuoLine Coffee

As someone who works full time from home, I make my own coffee each morning and as I previously wrote about, I make my own smoothies for lunch. I save tons of money compared to my days working in an office and buying my breakfast and lunch each day, but sometimes I miss the luxury of a latte or espresso based morning beverage. Sure, I can get into my car to go get one, and sometimes I do for the opportunity to step away from my desk for a little break, but most of time, I settle for homemade drip coffee. Until now! My friends at Nespresso graciously sent me a brand new Nespresso VertuoLine Evoluo coffee maker as a housewarming gift! Needless to say, it looks great in my new kitchen and my hubby-to-be and I have been loving it!

I used to think Nespresso machines could only make espresso shots and that didn’t appeal to me because I prefer a tall coffee or latte. The new Nespresso VertuoLine Evoluo machine makes both! I purchased some regular coffee capsules as well as some espresso capsules to give me the ultimate variety right in the comfort of my own home.

For my everyday coffee, I prefer the Melozio blend for a smooth and balanced flavour. I love how each coffee is capped with a rich and frothy crema whether I’m using milk or not. What about foamy lattes and cappuccinos?! Nespresso also sent me the Aeroccino, which makes cold or warm frothed milk with the press of a button in a matter of minutes! I simply make an espresso with the Nespresso VertuoLine Evoluo machine and pour the frothy steamed milk right on top. It’s just as good as my favourite latte at Starbucks and I can add flavoured syrups or toppings if I want something extra special. Each coffee capsule is $1.10 and espresso capsules are $0.85 – so you can imagine how much money I’m saving by skipping that $7.00 latte each morning!

You can order the Nespresso VertuoLine Evoluo machine with an Aeroccino online for $299 CAD (with free shipping) – it’s a great deal if you want to make high quality coffee drinks at home. The machine comes in a variety of colours (black, red, grey, silver and chrome) and it’s sure to impress your guests!

Happy shopping!
