Dainty Outfits

I put a lot of thought into my outfits each day so I thought I’d launch a new feature in my blog called: Dainty Outfits. I’ll share what I’m wearing (mostly dresses) with shoes and accessories too!

So to kick things off, today I’m wearing the “Lining Up to See Dress” from ModCloth. This adorable frock features eye-catching stripes, an elegant deep v-back and gently-puffed sleeves. It’s the perfect combination of cute and trendy!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instead of wearing the little black belt that came with the dress, I’m pairing it with a red belt. I love the pop of colour against the black and white stripes!

On my feet, I’m wearing chunky black leather booties from Nine West. I really like the edgy contrast they give to the dainty dress. These heels are super high, but surprisingly comfortable with the built in platform.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sparkling on my ears are the same stunning Swarovski earrings that I wore on my wedding day! I love that I can wear them in my everyday life as well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

On my wrist, I’m wearing my blingy yet versatile Michael Kors watch (in silver). I love menswear inspired watches!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Over my shoulder, I’m sporting my favourite purse, the Michael Kors Small Quilted Hamilton Shoulder Bag. I love the Chanel-esque quilting and the heavy duty silver hardware.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Finally, I’m topping it all off with soft curls in my hair, simple eye makeup and bold red lips! Today I’m wearing the Urban Decay Super Saturated High Gloss Lip Colour in “Fbomb”. Highly recommend it!
