Happy Monday…let’s reminisce about Friday with last week’s casual Dainty Outfit! For those of you in Toronto, you know we’ve had some pretty hot weather lately and it’s not going away any time soon! Hooray!
I’m all about comfy, boho-chic dresses and blouses in this weather and I really love this loose drop waist blouse from Jacob. So many little details in this soft, silky top – dainty buttons and ruffles plus a versatile drawstring waist that gives a subtle peplum effect. My favourite feature has to be the neckline – you can tie the strings in a bow at the neck for a professional high collar look with the ruffles centered, or you can leave it undone like I did on Friday for a v-neck look with ruffles to the side and a chunky necklace.
I paired this soft slate blue top with dark skinny jeans, silver gladiator sandals and my nude hobo style tote. Pink nails and lips made for a nice contrast too!
